Do you offer products that are different in the APP VS Web App
Yes, we offer the same products on web and the app. However, we do have a difference in functionality of how you edit and order the products. Other than that, it’s all the same.

How long will it take for me to get my products?

  • Within Malaysia : 5-7 working days
  • Out of Malaysia : Up to 30 working days

Where can I find the CVV number?
CVV is a 3 digit number located on the back of the card, usually in the signature stripe or to the right of it. On some cards, the CVV number will be printed on the back of the card after a full reprinting of the credit card number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returned goods for exchanging or money back guarantee IF they are defective during delivery.
The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods and email to us at support@camdy.photo

Can I still get the discount if I missed a Promotion or Sale?
Our promotions are only active for a limited amount of time. Once the promotion is over, we will not be able to honor the discounted price.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
While we strive to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes bad things happen. Hold on to all packaging, take pictures of the damage and send us an email at support@camdy.photo to submit a replacement request.

I don’t like what I receive in my package from you, what can I do about it?
When you’re unhappy, we are unhappy. Please email us at support@camdy.photo with a description of the issue and any pictures that may help us understand the problem. We will do what we can to make it right.
